1. Using Baobab
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only in ways permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for activity in your account and workspace, including the people you invite and the roles you assign.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of course content, media, learner material, and other information you submit. You grant Baobab the limited rights needed to host, process, reproduce, and deliver that content to operate the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to use and publish what you upload.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Baobab to violate rights, distribute malware, bypass security controls, harass people, publish unlawful material, or interfere with the service. Do not probe or access another workspace without authorization. We may limit or suspend activity that creates a material security, legal, or operational risk.
4. Plans and payment
Plan limits, features, and current prices are shown on the pricing and billing pages. Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Charges already incurred are not refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed. Your mobile money provider or payment processor may apply its own terms.
5. Published learning
You are responsible for reviewing a release before distribution, choosing suitable publishing settings, and maintaining any external learning management system or web environment where exported material is hosted. Validation helps identify issues but does not replace your own quality, legal, accessibility, or instructional review.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Baobab dependable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security work, or circumstances outside our control. We may update features and these terms as the product develops. If a material change affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or account contact details.
7. Closing an account
You may stop using Baobab and cancel a paid plan from workspace billing. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Before closing a workspace, export any content or records you need to retain.
8. Responsibility and contact
To the extent permitted by law, Baobab is provided without guarantees that every feature will meet every specific requirement. Neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
